All wigs are custom sewing machine made by PSU or premade by our hair vendors.
All sales are final for custom wigs.

At PSU we strive to provide high quality wigs that meet our clients needs. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you have any issues with your wig, please contact us within 14 days so the issue can be resolved.
If the issue is due to PSU's error, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
All custom made wig orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days.
Custom Ready to wear wigs will ship within 2-3 business days.
PSU is not responsible for any damaged packages once it is in the possession of carrier.
If your package is lost in the mail, all packages come with insurance. We will contact the carrier.
Pick Up is available 1-2 business days after purchase/ processing time. Pick up is based upon availability.
PSU is not responsible for incorrect measurements given for custom orders. If you provide incorrect measurements , unfortunately this can not be fixed and unit will not fit properly. Please measure carefully!

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Processing time is 7-14 business days, shipping is 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS, once scanned USPS, PSU is not responsible for delays in shipping PSU is not responsible for any delivery delays
Will the hair be provided when purchasing a unit?

Yes, we supply 3 bundles of 100% virgin hair and lace closure/frontal. We also have a BYOB (bring your own bundles) option
Can my address or email be changed after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once payment is processed we can not change address or email, please be sure to check all information before checking out.
How do I measure my head properly for a custom wig?

How do I maintain my wig?

The lace on wigs is delicate and should be handled with care. We suggest using a gentle shampoo and conditioner, Miracle Moist Aussie. Towel dry the unit and let the unit air dry. For curly units, condition weekly to maintain luscious curls.
